1. Consultation Services

  • Consultation fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • If an appointment is cancelled by Rimes Health Point, a full refund may be issued.
  • If a patient cancels an appointment within the allowed cancellation time, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable charges.
  • No refund will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.

2. Diagnostic Services

  • Payments for completed diagnostic tests are non-refundable.
  • If a test is cancelled before sample collection, a refund may be processed after deducting service charges.
  • No refund will be provided once the sample has been collected or testing has started.

3. Pharmacy & Medical Products

Due to health and safety regulations:

  • Medicines and medical products once sold are not returnable.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.
    • The wrong product was delivered.

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required.
  • Refund or replacement will be processed after verification.

4. Subscription or Package Services

  • Health packages or subscription services may be refundable only if cancelled before service activation.
  • Once the service has started or partially used, refunds may not be applicable.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
